There is no transpirancy in the bill if they are giving discount of 50%or what so ever they charge you 5% gst which is not specified in the bill.they throw message in customers mobile about the loyalty points which should be redeemed within the expiry limit but when we want to redeem it they tell 26 point should be in balance and hence cannot redeem all points..then why they have written expiry date of points..If you redeem the points ,in the bill they do not mention the amount...all confusing and to that that they dont have written rules
