I like the positive atmosphere that you can feel as soon as you walk through the door. The gym is very big so you have more than enough room to use each machine efficiently and even incorporate your own exercises. I like that there is an upper level. There are personal trainers available and even classes that you can take to widen your variety or exercises. I love going to this gym but I have not been recently going because I had a foot surgery. But this gym has more than exceeded my expectations in every way and I cannot imagine my life without going to this gym. I am so glad that it is close to my home and filled with amazing people. I am happy that I found it and I have been a member for almost two years now. I hope they stay where they are and continue to do great things.
CrossFit provides an all-around excellent experience. The coaches take personal interest in everyone no matter what your fitness / skill level. The facility is filled with the best equipment, which is always clean and well organized. I continue to enjoy the experience and results . This is the absolute best CrossFit for all ages
If you want to improve your strength, stamina and speed, this is the best fitness hub you should look for. Very positive atmosphere and mentors(Yash,Kapil and Parmi) are very supportive and personally attentive.
I was struggling from back pain from last 8 years, Kapil helped me to correct my posture and I am fully recovered now. Doing variety of exercises daily is always refreshing, being its functional workout or weight training.
They keep us motivated, sometimes trainers are hard on us but thats how we see the difference. Tuffest one which I loved is the Saturday 1 hour functional workout with no breaks or rest !!
