Pathetic service. When checked in, AC was not working in any of the rooms. They assured that AC will work next day. It was an official stay so we had to stay for 3 days and AC didn't work at all. Water shortage in washrooms. They didn't allow to sit in reception waiting area as well. Washrooms and blanket were dirty. Mattress was not comfortable.

It was a good place, calm and friendly environment. I had been as part of my direct selling business and it went quite good

Would give negative rating if possible Rooms were good (spacious) but rest everything in terms of service were extremely disappointing. No hot water in rooms we to have to call reception and tell them to send hot water (if they are free they will send or else you have to wait) Room keys won't work (access cards) No responsibility from staff at the reception whatsoever and no one cares about customers. No vehicle parking

Pathetic experience. It's not hotel but a place for unmarried couples to come, stay some time or full night, have good time and leave. Other than its nothing. I had booked for 3 nights thinking it's a good deal but after my one day/night stay realised it's not hotel. There was no service at all. For my 2 night refund I tried a lot but there is no revert from anybody. Pathetic experience.

Stayed here from 12th to 15th of May 22. Average rooms . Don't be fooled by the 4.7 stars and the photos on OYO. No proper room service . Breakfast is complimentary but you don't have a proper restaurant down . The car park is sort of adjusted to arrange few tables. Creaky floors and windows that cannot be closed properly. Room has a light smoke smell when you enter inside . The side of my bed caved in the first night . You can imagine the quality of the bed . Towels are smelly and so is the linens. The only USP of this hotel is the proximity towards MG road. Not suitable for family. Would recommend to bachelors and couples. And keep your luggages locked .

It should not be consider as good hotel. Such a poor service. Towel was old , washroom was not good, phone was not working and bed and blanket was also not good . They don't ask for room cleaning even. Hotel staff are unprofessional and need to remind them multiple time for anything. I would never recommend this hotel if you are looking for at least hotel kind of feeling. I read worst review but didn't trust but now I'm feeling I should have cancelled it.

Staff us polite and helping but hotel the maintaining..washroom were not upkeep, washroom fixtures are broken. Furnishing need to be more clean. Toiletry is not up to the mark moreover you have to call for each thing including water.. Breakfast is joke on the name of breakfast..limited option only parantha that to uncooked and not stuffed properly. 3 star only for staff behavior and location.
