The behavior of the employees is not good at all. Don't put things away properly. If the object falls off when touched. Or if something falls, they blame others. Some of the employees of the shopping mall are very bad.
It is a shopping mall of Nysaa Retail Private Limited . This is located on AT Road, Jorhat. In basement there is a parking space. And total this mall is spread over three floors. Here you can find average quality clothes , and other household items at reasonable price.
Nice mall.besides of depali medical pharmacy...in the At road .
Worst customer service..... employees are not well mannered.....

My experience is very much worst.. While visiting to this family mart please keep your valuable things..like purse, mobile phone, ATM etc in a safe zone.otherwise you will also not judge who have taken your valuable things.(Be safe from thiefs.It may be their employers also.)

Very bad experience. Behavior is not good stuff.they refused to give me change.I was waiting since 1 hour..for billing. Not good ....I will give u 0star....vishal mart is better then 1 India.
