My experience at Vocelles was absolutely amazing! Hayden made me feel very comfortable throughout my entire appointment. She was so helpful in making sure I found exactly what I was looking for with no pressure. The shop is beautiful and the special touches once I said yes to my dress were so sweet. I highly recommend Vocelles for your wedding gown shopping!! Thank you Vocelles for helping find my dream dress! :)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Vocelles! I had my appointment with Lauren, who excels at her job! She had a great attitude and made me feel absolutely comfortable and confident. Every employee I encountered was very knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. I can’t say enough positive things about the employees here!

Lauren worked so hard to ensure I had the perfect dress for the big day!! She was so cheerful and supportive, and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision. Shopping here is a relaxing and fun experience. The shop is clean, cute and smells amazing. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from, and if they don’t have what you need they will get it in for you to try!

Hands down the best bridal shopping experience I had with my daughter. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Lauren is an absolute treasure. She communicated with my daughter prior to our arrival and had many dresses in mind for her to try. We never felt rushed and we definitely valued her input. Thank you for the wonderful customer service that is becoming incredibly difficult to find these days.

I had the best experience! My fiancé and I made last minute plans to get married a month and a week from the day of our decision. I freaked out a little because of how little time I had to plan everything and find my dream dress, so I made back to back appointments at all the bridal shops in Tallahassee. Vocelles was my first appointment and I’m so glad that it was! It set the bar for every other place and none of the other 2 places could compete. Days before the appointment, they emailed me a form to fill out for my dress size, price range, styles/designers I liked, link to my Wedding Pinterest board, etc. & then called to confirm the date and those form details. When I first arrived, my stylist, Hannah, offered me something to drink (they have mimosas & wine!) & went over some questions again about price range, styles, and gets to know you some. They have beautiful seating areas & have the dressing rooms in the back. She picks out 5-7 “starter” dresses, with one or two a little out of what you may be used to & then you try them on with her help before moving on to more dresses after she learns what you like&dislike about each. She will likely see you topless completely as many dresses actually don’t need you to wear a bra when trying them on, but she did give me the option of stepping outside until I had the dress mostly on to help zip/button it up. Hannah was very accommodating and very engaging, I felt she was truly trying to get to know me and my style to offer the best dresses of my liking. I also liked that she’s the one that brought me the dresses instead of me going through each one, having to look at prices, having to decide between dresses that are almost identical etc. because the other places will do that and it gets a little overwhelming and not as fun as just seeing the dresses with your requirements & wants picked out for you already. It also helps to see different dresses that you might’ve not picked out yourself, which is how I ended up saying yes to the dress! I even told her “I didn’t think I would like this style but I think I’m in love!” Hannah also knew the answer to almost every question, and when she didn’t (exact pricing after discounts, etc) she was quick to get it for you. When it came to what they had in stock for immediate pickup (since I needed to leave with the dress), their sample dress selection was amazing and a lot of the sample dresses fit me perfectly and also didn’t have almost any problems/flaws as sample dresses usually do. Their selection was much better than at the other places, with there being more modern & chic styles here as well as many with a lot of beautiful elegant detail which I couldn’t find at the other two shops at all. Overall, you are likely to leave with 2-3 dresses you love, and struggle to find just 1 that you really like at the other places. Their pricing was between 1300-3500 (if I remember correctly) & you get “more dress” for whatever price you choose compared to the other 2 shops in town. I tried on about 25 dresses between all 3 shops that day and was still only stuck between two dresses from Vocelles. I went back a couple days later & bought the dress. I did make sure to take some heels that time that were close to the height I’d be wearing, just to see how I would look with them on. I ended up going with the cheaper dress because the day prior, my fiancé and I decided to just elope by the beach/forest in San Fransisco instead, and that dress gave me “fairy/beach/forest” wedding vibes (which I could not find at the other 2 shops), but I will still be thinking about the other one for sure, it was just that beautiful! I’ll attach some pictures of the dresses I didn’t go with. I also tried on some of their jewelry to see what looks best with the dress while on, and I’m thinking of going back for some of their earrings that complimented the dress very well. I’m going to stop my raving, but I truly loved the experience Vocelles offered me (as you know by now) & will continue to recommend them to every person I know! Hannah was truly the best.

The sweetest people which made for the most perfect experience to find my dream dress. They have a wide selection of dresses and it is truly the best environment. I am so glad they were my first and only place to shop for my wedding dress, I can’t recommend them enough!!

I absolutely loved my experience with Lauren! She made me feel really awesome and absolutely gorgeous. When I first walked in I was so nervous but by the time I walked around I felt so relaxed and stared to have a good time. Which is something I didnt think it would be possible with my low self esteem. I ended up finding the one!
