1/20/24 Girl - wearing a peachish sweater, long black hair to waist, heavier set, black converse, blue jeans (levis). Absolutely rude and unhelpful! I asked for assistance to help my wife with a size. She ignored me and refused to look at me and asked my wife what she needed. I asked her again and refused to answer me or speak English until she realized my wife did not speak Spanish. My wife asked her for a size and then said she was in the wrong drawer look in the other. My wife told her the sizes were wrong in the other drawer and needed help finding it. She said it's there, keep looking, and then walked away. What happened to this company? Used to be classy.

Excellent store and excellent prices. Everytime I visit the store they always have specials/discounts on the majority of the products. They have a lot of different variety of products and lingerie. The perfumes, body mist, and body creams are the perfect gift for you or your wife/husband. I got several body creams and body mist for 6.99 each. I recommend visiting this store if you are shopping at Las Americas Premium Outlets.

I give it two stars because they have good prices for the products they carry. I went about a week ago, asked if they could look up my VS card (they had a 30% additional discount at the time for VS card purchases). Their system wasn’t accepting card look up, I get it, this stuff happens. They called to verify my card was active and whatnot…no problem. But since their system wasn’t accepting card look up, a blonde person who seemed to be a manager told me she couldn’t apply the discount because I wasn’t charging to my VS card. My card was active and fine though? I told her it’s not my fault their system was having issues, to which she responded, “it’s not our fault either”. I worked for this company for 6 years when I was younger, I learned from people who taught me how to treat customers well even in these type of situations. I guess if you’re shopping at this specific outlet store, expect exactly that: cheap prices, cheap customer service.

Not sure about the prices but this location looks terrible; folding tables with boxes on top. Maybe worth it if you just want a good price but don't expect the premium shopping experience of the typical Victoria Secret store.
