I was blown away by this place. I thought all of the prices were very fair. The service was great. I 100% recommend this shop. Absolutely no doubt I'll be back for more stuff. Its used commercial gym equipment way better priced than new and its all serviced ready. And the shop was very clean and well organized.

Anyone disparaging these folks is misguided. Bought an (expensive, commercial grade) elliptical and weight bench, and couldn’t be happier. Incredible selection and service. Scott, Hannah and their team worked hard to answer all my questions before I drove to Hickory from Asheville (had to rent truck), professionally loaded everything up for me, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out post-sale, even though they did not have to. They could have charged me more, but did not. Instead, they followed through at every turn. The entire experience was exceptional. I could not be happier or more grateful. I will definitely be back. Can’t recommend Used Gym Store highly enough. Five stars. If you’re looking for used gym equipment, look no farther for the best products and service. Thank you!

Spectacular options. Reasonable prices. MOSTLY incredible employees. A guy at the front made multiple mistakes ringing us up, rather than apologize he treated my grandfather with disrespect. Getting incredibly irritable for no reason. The mistakes he made up charged us every time, so my grandfather had reason to mention.

I had a great experience with Used Gym Store. I sent a dm through Instagram on a leg press that they had posted. They got back to me immediately with a shipping quote and an invoice to purchase. The next day I received a text with the tracking number and the leg press was picked up that day. When it got here the leg press was secured to the pallet, wrapped perfectly, and got exactly what I ordered. Their customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend. Make sure to follow them on Instagram, they post their new inventory before it hits the website.
