Very nice and Great Place! This is USPS so absolutely different. It's a big difference between regular places - USPS. Around nature. This is a very calm and quiet place. This post office is located in the forest! 🌳

I've been using the USPS Warren office for several years now and have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always go out of their way to make sure my packages are delivered on time and safely. I've never had a package lost or damaged, and I'm always confident that my mail will be delivered to the right address. In addition to their reliable service, the USPS Warren office also offers a variety of convenient services, including self-service kiosks, package tracking, and online bill pay. I highly recommend the USPS Warren office for all of your postal needs. Quick and easy service. Carl was very pleasant. My favorite feature though were the automatic doors. Every post office needs them! It was so easy walking in with heavy packages to drop off. Five stars all round!

The staff are incredibly friendly. We went there today to renew our passports, however, didn't know that they didn't do passport renewals without an appointment. Even so, the staff made time for us and one of the staff members even stayed longer than her shift hours to accommodate our walk in.

Why are these people so nice and patient and friendly!?!?? I mean, they shouldn’t be! They work for USPS and they stay open the latest around here. Mind is blown every single time I go in there and am met with that level of customer service. I think the gentleman’s name is Pete with the red hair who has always consistently been so helpful and so patient - man, he is such a wonderful person to come into contact with over the years. Monica tonight was also exceptionally friendly, helpful and super patient with a big crowd of less than patient (as per usual) customers! Kudos to them - I will probably just start to drive here instead of using my own town’s post office 💯

I have lost many packages due to this Post Office! They scan items to be delivered before they are even delivered. The carriers are also too lazy to even get out of their trucks to even make an attempt to deliver a package. Instead they would leave the package right in the middle of my driveway. Who in their right mind would do this. Not only that, they constantly hire new employees which only makes matters worse... Again I had a package to be delivered today and was shown as delivered almost 8am this morning "In the Mailbox" when it wasn't. Carrier comes around here between 2-4pm. Once again, I have to take the time out of my busy schedule to go to this Post Office to flip out about another lost package. And the Main Number to this Post Office is a Cell Phone!

I've shipped hundreds of items with Carl and original staff they are amazing! But these new employees act like they don't want to work or act very disrespectful to customers! This girl is literally telling customers she is exhausted and dosent know how to do things! She drops my package after playing hand toss between her hands! Then dosent even know how to manually enter tracking number if the bar dosent scan! Total nonsense considering the price hikes recently! You think they would have educated professionals working not some lazy Couch surfer! Very disappointing

My review is solely on personal experiences i've had and not that of any paid or fabricated. That being said,despite the mix of negative and positive experiences,id lean more toward positive. Being open more later and managing to ship stuff out at later on in day helps greatly,even during holidays where it can be a little tough. Would not recommend going when there are people going for passport pics and such as can take a little longer
