So I stayed here for a month,I always paid on time..when I moved in the room was nice also,it was in good condition,it was also in good condition when i left..after leaving here,i was told i would get my deposit back,it took these folks almost a month to keep leading me on about getting my security deposit back,terry told me just today"you messed up a rug"so your not getting your security deposit back,these folks made up a false claim,just so they didnt have to give me my security deposit back,also this place is riddled with drugs of all kinds.these people are incompetent,they should not own a business.

This is the second time that I have stayed here. I am very comfortable here. The owner and the manager are 2 of the nicest people I have met in along time. I enjoy being here. The rooms are very clean, they have weekly cleaning, cable and security doors at the front and back entrances. The manager seems to have a knack for deciding on good people to stay here. I have never met another tenant that I haven't gotten along with on really good levels.

Affordable, CEAN, furnished rooms for around $200/week located in convenient Royersford, PA .... local to rt 422 corridor with connections to Reading, Collegeville, popular Phoenixvillle/Royersford/Spring City/Limerick & Pottstown areas; only 20-45 minutes from the famous King of Prussia Mall, Paoli and about 45 from West Chester; 50-65 minutes from Downtown Philadelphia. Proprietors are awesome. Cable, heat, electric included. Small xtra WiFi charge. Laundry room on-site. Free off-street parking plus plenty more on-street free available parking! French Quarter Bistro within the hotel offers authentic N'awlinz style food and tons of beer choicesron tap. Turkey Hill, 2 Pizza places, a Burger King, 2 Mechanics, 3 Diners/Cafe's are all within walking distance. Not to mention gorgeous walking paths along the Schuylkill River and around some of the local historic sites make this an ideal location to visit or live!!! -ErinPA

Went in for lunch with a friend. Got turned away without reason when asked why. Wouldn't eat there anyway after seeing the type of ppl living above.

This place told me and many other people that I know to call back the next Thursday and when I did they said no rooms available they place is not well maintained the owner is creepy and alot of drug activity goes on there its is not family friendly at all
