Residence Inn is a good one for business travellers. It has nice, spacious rooms with a kitchen, especially effective for long stay. The hotel staffs are warm and courteous. There is a small market in the lobby where you buy essential stuff. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The hotel has free breakfast with accomodation. But I wish they would bring some variation to the menu! |One small issue I would like to address is that there are tiny pests in the kitchen and that should be taken care of. Otherwise there might be a risk when you are cooking or cutting veggies on the kitchen top. |Otherwise I had a nice stay.||Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a business trip. The hotel is older but is fairly well kept. My biggest struggle was the other people on the floor as my first room. The other people were a larger family/friends group that seemed to gather in the hallways and each others rooms. They continued to slam doors so hard that the wall of my hotel room shook slightly. The slamming of doors seemed to be every couple of minutes and lasted well past 10:00 every night. Everytime I would doze off to sleep, another door would slam against the door bolt. After all of that, the hallway filled with smoke as they overcooked their food and it started to make my eyes water. It was very hard to get some rest. (As I know this is not the hotels fault, I need to explain why I did the next part). I called the front desk to ask if anyone could help since I get up so early to be in the office and I was not getting any rest. The staff was very understanding and got me into another room on another floor. My second room was very quiet and I finally got some rest after two nights of door slamming. I am appreciative of the staff and their quick action to accommodate. I am not sure if anything was ever said to the other renters I left but either way, the staff is what won me over.

The hotel was nice overall. It's a little different as we had stayed over a week at two different Courtyards prior to adding this additional night. It's pet friendly. Our room was clean, and we had two minor issues that the front desk person (Amari) handled immediately. You can see some of the wear in the hallway, but it's not that unreasonable. Initially, a small dog was barking for a while in a room not far away, but it eventually stopped. I would suggest having a floor for pet rooms or a section of rooms to not disturb guests without pets. I am considerate of others when I travel with my pets.

Family of 4- all adults stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. The rooms were laid out well with lots of space, we had a lot of luggage and it never felt cramped, granted we live in Europe where everything is small. The kitchen had everything we needed but we didn’t cook any meals there. The room was clean and the maid came every other day for a spruce up. The breakfast was good, not great, my adult kids enjoyed the waffles & we had the yogurt w good fixings. The hot breakfast was not worth it. The workout room was great as we used it everyday, all 4 of us. We were next to the laundry and that worked out well for us except 2 of the machines were not working and we paid twice until we realized. Everyone at the front desk were delightful and so gracious-always with a smile. The 2 ladies that took care of breakfast were very grumpy and felt very unapproachable if the coffee was out to ask, but we overlooked them each day. The value was great and we would definitely stay there again.

1st time visiting the USA and 1st time in a hotel of this type and can't fault anything, the room/apartment was spacious and had everything to make my 7 weeks there as comfortable as possible and a home from home, the cleaning staff were Brilliant the room was cleaned and made up every couple of days even Sunday's and they even cleaned my dirty dishes a couple of times the hotel staff were also as good very friendly and happy to do anything needed. A supermarket, takeaways, restaurants barbers and a petrol station only a 5 minute walk away and more shops and bars a mile or so up the road !! A very pleasant stay and I'd be more than happy to return !! Cheers 😁🇬🇧

Staff are great! Guests are not. Noisy (slamming doors, loud conversations, no consideration) and constant cigarette smoke being brought in by the air conditioning. Typical Residence Inn. Supposedly refurbished; however, bathtub ceramic coating missing/worn in some of the rooms. ||Rooms are separate from the Lobby area. Access through the doors is difficult with bags/baggage trolley. Sliding door would be great. One can dream...||Easy access to I-75. Dining/grocery stores nearby. ||Wash/dry: USD $2.00||Parking: Adequate. Use caution parking under trees due to sap/bird droppings. ||Entertainment: Loads of channels...except FOX News. Fox News is listed on the channel guide, but FOX Business is what is broadcast. All the "MSM news" is listed, and broadcast...CNN, HLN, MSNBC, CNBC, etc. About four movie channels and Network broadcasts (CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS). Fortunately, I don't view any of it. ||Amenities: The "usual" dishes, cutlery, other utensils (some items missing). Non-stick pots/pans not provided as with other properties. Expect to scrub...hard. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker.||This is one of several trips made to this area. Still trying to find "the perfect" accommodation.

We don’t normally review hotels we stay in but, a week into a two-week stay here, we’ve decided to share our experience. Room door lock that stopped working (we had to wait overnight for the maintenance person to replace the battery). Dead microwave light and disposal (both now repaired). Resident nearby yelling and repeatedly slamming his room door in the middle of the night. Dog left in room and barking relentlessly for two mornings. One window with a torn screen but impossible to open. A collection of hair and dirt behind our bathroom door that is never cleaned. And now dog feces in the hall from sometime in the night…reported hours ago but only now cleaned up after a second call to the front desk. Room and hall carpets might benefit from being cleaned, as would an elevator which clearly needs maintenance. We like Marriott hotels and stay at them regularly. This one needs some attention.

Positive: Location, full suite including kitchen Negative: Outside the rooms it smelled a little musty and other hotel guests kept leaving heaps of trash outside their rooms contributing to the smell
