Local GuideThis place always has party items that you can't find anywhere. I came here to find a big balloon for a friend's birthday and I found a really cute mermaid one. The price was not bad either. My only issue with this place is that it's gloomy and dark. I don't know who does the marketing for them but they need to make it more lively in the store, it's very depressing in there.

I love this Part City location in San Dimas. I had problems with my balloons I had ordered from Amazon and took it here. The employee behind the balloon station helped me out with these balloons and was able to correct the mistake from another store. I did pay for the service...very well worth it. I will keep going here for now.

Local GuideThe people who work here are nice and they had every color of table cloth I needed. I was able to buy a piñata stick and some goody bag stuffers. I was going to buy from Amazon but I’m running low son time and also wanted to make sure I could see the quality of what I was purchasing. Their prices were better that what I was considering on Amazon.
