Orange Theory Fitness is the best. I've been a member at the Reston location for a year and a half and love the class-based approach they offer. It's so nice not to have to think about or plan your workout. All you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest. Since joining, I've been exercising more consistently than ever before. The coaches at the Reston location are amazing and always jumping in to correct form and push you to your best potential. Truly feels like a family there!

I joined Orange Theory in November and have loved being a part of the community ever since. The staff and coaches are very welcoming and guide you through every class. They are always available to answer questions and give you tips to get more out of your workout. It has been a great experience so far and a game changer for my mental health. This studio is great and the coaches are fantastic! They are like your fitness hype squad, guiding through workouts and keeping the energy up. As for the workout, you have a different workout structure for every class which has a mix of cardio and strength training jazz. Great place to start your fitness journey

Orangetheory Reston is amazing! Head coach Melissa and studio manager Kira are always so friendly and willing to work with you through your fitness and nutrition journey, and the other coaches are incredibly helpful and supportive too. It's the only time in my life I've actually liked anything fitness related!

I love Orange Theory Reston! The coaches are all great. I am feeling stronger. I really enjoy the variety of the workouts and all of the different challenges. It keeps it fun and engaging while getting in shape.

Love this place! Its nickname is Rowdy Reston for a reason. All the coaches are fantastic, and the people that go are welcoming and supportive. Parking is also painless. You can park in the parking deck for the Aperture apartment building, no charge, you just have to type in your plate number when you check in for class.
