First use to be a Big Advocate of this establishment! However, the past few times has gotten continually worse. First, the sweet lady at the counter just continued to eat her lunch while I waited for her to finish.. to the food chicken wings are horrible, not seasoned or properly prepared. Tempura batter ??? Shrimp fried rice was old & cold !unseasoned & nasty . I paid $2 extra for shrimp, I had 8 shrimp total. Stale fortune cookies! There are better places there’s a reason why the parking lot is empty. After a 18 years of support .. I am doubt if I ever would get food from there again

I've lived in the area my whole life and just now decided to try New Wongs. Amazing!!! And I'm picky, lol. Great food and service. The older lady that works the window is super friendly! I highly recommend eating here. The Singapore Mei Fun is my new favorite! Hoping the dining room opens back up soon.

I used to order from China Mountain on vine st., but not much these days. I tried New Wongs last night for the first time. I was so happy to have a great meal! The food was fresh and hot. I ordered sweet and sour shrimp with fried rice and egg rolls, excellent food! Portions are big. Great experience and I will be back.

Most people probably just order to take away. However, if they would only go in and see the more extensive menu that they have and sample some of those more elaborate items they would realize the quality of the food on offer. It is by far the highest quality Chinese food in northeast Ohio. The ambience could be improved in the restaurant but the food more than makes up for what you may be missing in that category. I can't help myself from ordering more food than one can possibly consume in several meals. I just love to taste the various dishes and I certainly don't mind the leftovers the next day (or more accurately a midnight snack).

I ordered a few different combinations. I ended up pulling a piece of wire out of my mouth from the sweet and sour pork... 😢

The customer service is good but like the previous comments said the food isn’t good it’s bland I had shrimp fried rice and couldn’t finish because it wasn’t good but the shrimp egg rolls were decent but more pricey then other Chinese restaurants

Very good food and great portions. It’s just take out - but the two ladies in the front are so sweet!!

We tried for the first time today, I have been wanting to try this place based on the reviews. It’s weird, the quality of the food tasted good but there was no flavor. I got the empress chicken that said it was spicy, there was no spice to it at all and no flavor but the chicken was cooked well. My boyfriend got the sesame chicken and it was the same, no flavor, not even sesame seeds. The rice was a little dry. My kids got the sweet and sour chicken which was the same, chicken cooked well but no flavor. They got a lot of chicken! But I will say the egg roll was phenomenal! I am just being honest and don’t mean to bash the place but it was just weird having no flavor to the food. Like every meal tasted the same, But thank you!
