I don't like writing bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but I'm obligated to share my terrible experience. To keep it short, they're unresponsive once they have your business. They started the repair without giving a quote, even though I asked for one. Almost every time I called; the guy wasn't at the shop. My laptop was lazily repaired with just epoxy. There is residue on parts that I can't clean off without scratching. I would've rather waited longer for the parts to be ordered and have a quality repair. I'm grateful that my laptop is functioning again, but please do better. Don't make your customers chase you. Be responsive.

Since I moved back to Lowell 12 years ago, I have been turning to Lowell Campus Computers and owner Julien. I work as an independent consultant from my home office so when I have a computer or internet problem there is no company specialist to help me. I found Julien's business in the yellow pages when I moved back and as a long time consultant I can say with authority that there is no one with greater expertise, skills, experience and know how than Julien. Genius is the right word. There has never been a problem that he could not solve for me. And whenever I had a serious computer system issue with a deadline looming, Julien has been extremely responsive and able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. He has saved me in the nick of time EVERY time. You can rely on Julien. To top it all off he is a consummate professional who treats his clients politely and respectfully. Wonderful. This is a long review because I have 12 years worth of kudos for Julien and his business, Lowell Campus Computers.

I was blown away at how fast and easy the process was for fixing my son's laptop. The screen was completely broken and he replaced it the same day and at a great price! I highly recommend everyone contact him for your computer repair needs.

Julian is great - he diagnosed a bad motherboard in an old laptop by apple and was able to fit the part in and made my old 17' hum..and changed a fan for a nominal fee...THEN I discovered another fan not working, so he took my laptop back, ordered a fan..rediagnosed the whole thing and got the fans working for no extra $. He gave me a new fan as a spare just in case we need it in the future. Great customer service.
