Fitness Together Personal trainer

Fitness Together has truly changed my lifestyle. My trainer has completely motivated me to continue working on my strength and overall physical health. She reminds me that results only happen if you put in the work, show up, and become consistent with your habits.

I adore this place and the people! My trainer pushes me further than I’d ever push myself, in a good way! Schedules are super flexible and you get an email reminding you of each one. I’ve actually started working out on my own outside of sessions and that’s a big deal for me. I don’t feel like I’m forcing myself to move my body. I’m happy to do it! Showers are also provided and are private. So I work out in the morning, take a relaxing shower, and then go to work. 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants accountability and confidence to work out on your own too!

My experience with Fitness Together has been absolutely fantastic! I have been a client there for the past 7 months, and I cannot believe how much stronger and healthier I have gotten. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I have never once felt intimidated. Not only did they listen to my goals, but they were genuinely excited about them. My trainer, Julie, has helped me accomplish more than I could have imagined! She creates workouts that I actually enjoy, encourages me, and has held me accountable throughout my health and fitness journey. I am so grateful for everything Julie and Fitness Together have done for me, and I would strongly encourage everyone- no matter where they are starting out- to come to Fitness Together!

Excellent experience! The facility is clean and private, without all of the pressure/posturing that comes with traditional gyms. Pete is extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and how to get you the right results. As someone who has avoided gyms and fitness my whole life, Pete has made it easy to feel familiar with the equipment and the routines of a gym. He knows just how to motivate and push, but the sessions still feel like hanging out with a buddy instead of a drill instructor. The only person happier with the results is my wife! I highly recommend Fitness Together!

I felt a warm welcome from Josh and Lauren the moment I stepped foot in the door of Fitness Together Downtown Grand Rapids. The studio was clean and organized and I love that! The workout Lauren prepared for me incorporated a mix of new trends in fitness with great cardio work. It was very challenging and enjoyable. Lauren was a knowledgeable excellent instructor; she was engaged with my progress the entire session. I left feeling stronger, healthier, challenged and happier. I'd be hard pressed to recommend a better trainer or fitness experience.

I absolutely LOVE Fitness Together. I have been going for a year and working out with Lauren for the majority of that time. This is a one on one training place, so if you are looking for a place to just go on your own and run on a treadmill, this isn't the place for you. But if you need the one on one accountability, interesting workouts to keep you focused and a fun way to get fit, this is the place. Lauren tailors my workout to fit my fitness level and my health goals. She is firm, but not in a mean way, she makes me want to workout and want to get as healthy as possible. I see people of all fitness levels here so if you need a lot of help or just want to fine tune your fitness, they can make that happen.

Working out with a trainer at Fitness Together is exactly what I need to stay accountable for my health. I can always count on a great workout, clean environment, and friendly staff. I appreciate their flexible scheduling, which is perfect for my busy life. I also love knowing that my trainer cares just as much about my fitness results and accomplishments as I do. I would highly recommend checking out FT, I'll be a customer for years!

I have had an amazing experience training with Lauren at Fitness Together. She makes the workouts enjoyable and has helped boost my confidence. I also really like how the trainer works with you on goals and is able to point out your successes other than the number on the scale. I look forward to continuing my training!
