Excalibur Family Fun Center - Amusement center in West Monroe - 455 Cheniere-Drew Rd, USA

Great fun place! We were In town for a baseball tournament and had two boys with birthdays. It was the perfect place for a fun time! All of the staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Special shout out to Raylen and Braylen on the go carts and laser tag! These boys interacted with our boys constantly helping to make sure they had the best time! They definitely made our time at Excalibur that much more fun! GO OUTLAWS! 😀

They were absolutely amazing! We had an awesome time! Mark was supper nice on the go carts! Kyndahl, Kaylie, and Destiney were the best inside workers they made this place worth coming! PIZZA 🔥 so good! They greeted us and everything they were so nice! Can’t wait to come again!

This place is AMAZING! It has so much to do and so many fun activities for both kids and adults. The employees are all very helpful and nice. The food is great. And the prices are ok. A GREAT PLACE to take your kids!!

Same old Excalibur.. alot of the games were messing up and not giving tickets. Which was an inconvenience for the kids. But other than that it was alright

I used to bring my family here all the time and after blowing $500 today for rude service, no toilet paper in the already filthy restrooms, waiting 45 mins for two nearly $70 pizzas and being told at the end I can’t pay $1.50 for a refill to a drink I already paid for and would have to buy a new one after spending 5hrs here as well and machines that don’t work, older kids rough housing where little kids should be playing, I warned employees of a major spill and the fact someone was going to hurt themselves and was told by them “hold on!” 😏 I won’t ever be back here! This place has not only lost my money but my respect as well! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY!!! GO TO SURGE! Anywhere but this place! Ridiculous

I'll start with the negative.. It can be pretty gross, as one review mentioned, but it's really not that bad outside of the area the really young ones are playing in. The regular arcade games feel like they're all just for gambling, but I know a lot of people like that. Another review highlighted the point that machines are often broken, ASK NICELY!!! You won't have a problem 99% of the time if you aren't a Karen, but after 6:00pm some workers might possibly be a little irritable. The activities are really fun, but you should go in big groups, some people just think they are more important/better than others, and they are here in droves. It's not the establishment's fault, but they can ruin your time if you let them. ROCK CLIMBING=UNDERRATED. Some more about the people, don't leave your stuff alone. I don't think people would just snatch something really expensive, but there are people who see unsupervised food/tokens/tickets and think "If they're not using it, I will". Overall, very cool establishment, if a little understaffed.

There were some fun games, but a number of them were out of order or simply didn’t give tickets. Would recommend for kids rather than teens or adults.

Don’t bother bringing your younger kids for the play place. It’s always a a bunch of bigger kids. There is a sign if you are this tall please don’t go in the play place but the workers and even parents don’t care about it. Of course I see my 4 year old son getting pushed down by a bigger girl multiple times. He told me him and the smaller girl were saying no boys allowed and pushed him down and kicked him. You have multiple moms just letting their kids do what they want while their heads are stuffed in the phone. I felt like snapping on them but just decided to leave. If you have a younger child don’t bother. They don’t regulate anything. Also watched my son and 2 younger boys about 4 years old leave the placeplace and start walking in the back by the laser tag by themselves until I got up and called him (them) back. Parents don’t even want to watch their kids or even parent anymore. That’s what’s wrong with America today folks. Go somewhere else.
