I receive tech support from Christian Palma by phone, text, video, e-mail and in person. Every time Christian helped us to solve Manny technical problems from the easy ones to the complex ones. From equipment training to regulatory compliance. In addition, he conducts himself very professional, easy to work him and he is fun. Thanks for everything.

Had a wonderful visit with Christian Palma, insanely knowledgeable about the equipment and services that could be provided. Very open and patient with instructions on repairs and how different parts of the equipment work, as well as how to know if something needs replaced or simply cleaned. Wonderfully in-depth evaluations of batteries to not only save what can be saved but to know why something would be showing the errors that are populating. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to maintain or improve equipment they have on site.

I have to praise Brittany for her excellent service she provided us with this week. She did an exceptional job repairing our cart. She let us know what the problem was and what she did to fix it. Brittany is a very knowledgeable and skillful Technician.

I have had a good experience with Enovate. The best part is the service I have received from Moises L and Dan on our medical carts. I have worked at multiple locations under Tenet and I am currently at the Saint Luke’s Hospital location. I have had an opportunity to with both employees. They are prompt to call and schedule. I receive updates on progress of issues and they are quick to respond to questions.

From the beginning Ben Bjugson has been very detailed and informative as well as spot on with what Southwoods Surgical Center could expect with Enovates hands on approach to clients. I also had the pleasure meeting with Christian Palma the Project Deployment Manager who also expressed their interest in being involved with our deployed of our new equipment and future support of it. In this era it is rare to find people let alone companies that don't view you simply as a dollar sign but as a partnership. Very excited to continue and grow this relationship.
