I've seen this Gilroy business for 2+ years now and EVERY TIME I'm in and out of Nob Hill and walk by this place it's closed. Doesn't matter if it's the morning, after noon, weekday or weekend I have never seen one person in this store. Recently over vacay my phone was damaged. I went online, chose an appointment date and was ready to take my phone in. I never got an email confirmation regarding my appointment. I called the place the next day around 11am, no answer, but a message says to text the number. I sent the text asking to confirm my appointment later that day. NEVER GOT A TEXT BACK. This store must be front for money laundering. I called jbfixit down the street, he answered and told me to come in later that day.

Had to drive 45 mins; to CPR Gilroy but it was worth it. They had Great Customer Service he’s fast took about 40 mins to an 1hr. He even charged my phone that was at 18%. I Highly recommended CPR. I will be going back unfortunately I have a 3 year old who love to throw things.

Luckily it wasn't anything major requiring me to get a new phone. But I took my iphone 13 pro max in to see if I could get some help with the frozen screen not wanting to work. Despite my efforts at home and youtube tutorials I coudln't figure it out. Walked in with an appointment I made online prior to arrival not knowing the full issue. I was met with a few button hold and reset and repaired! Silly enough maybe, but this mama was happy to not have to pivot her day and buy a new phone!

CPR Cell Phone Repair was recommended by an employee at the Verizon Store in town (needed a new battery installed in my phone as well as a new screen). Excellent customer service and quality work. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Had to drive a little ways to get to Asurion’s cell phone repair shop in Gilroy. Customer service was really great and they fixed my phone screen within one hour.

They did a great job replacing the battery in my iPod Touch. The battery had expanded and was bulging the touch screen out. Was afraid the touch screen was going to break, but CPR got it done. Almost good as new.
