ACS was very professional when they said they would be here they were here. They took care of cleaning up the mess after they got through. They took care of taking away all the old equipment. They did everything. They said they were gonna do and then some. technicians were very professional knowledgeable about what they were doing. Made sure that my AC was working properly before they left, I’m really enjoyed having them do my AC work and thanks to the guys that recommended them. I really appreciate it.

ACS is awesome! I found out about their services from my daughters boyfriend and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. From the first call, everyone I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeable. ACS is the best! Short turn around time from calling with an issue to arriving to fix it. Jared is always very helpful in explaining the issues and what steps need to be done to solve the problem. Everyone we had contact with does a wonderful job and they are all very nice people. Jason runs an outstanding company!

ACS was able to send a technician within 2 hours of my call. Sean was very thorough locating the problem with one of my units not cooling properly. He explained it was a faulty valve that he adjusted but suggested it should be replaced in the future. He was able to get unit back to cooling.

Jared and Zack were wonderful! Very professional and very friendly. They came and did the job in no time! They were able to retrieve my daughter’s wedding ring from the vent which made us all happy. I came home to find my AC not working at all. I contacted ACS that afternoon and had Jared (technician) at my door less than 24 hours after I called. Jared was extremely helpful and knowledgeable getting my AC running in a matter of minutes. Other than his outstanding customer service and professionalism the best part about my experience was he did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want. Jared was our technician. He was about 30 minutes earlier than expected which was great, plus he called to let me know he was ahead of schedule to make sure it didn't interfere with my plans. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. ACS is a great company - we've had no issues with their services, the Comfort Care plan is worth the money for the services rendered and the peace of mind it offers. Plus, ACS rescued our cat from the duct work last September so they're always who I'll recommend! :P Thank you, Jared, and the rest of the ACS family for an easy transaction!
