Their website has been compromised and they will cancel orders if your billing and shipping address are not the same. I called their customer service to see when they will fix this serious issue on their website and they said they have to timeline as to when they will fix their site. So pretty much anyone that makes a purchase on their website their credit card info is now compromised. I called them and told them this is not a fraudulent order and for them to ship my order but they said no and that I would need to place an order from their site or a third party. I then asked for a list of approved third party vendors so the item I am ordering is covered under their warranty. Nancy E. said they don't have a list of approved vendors. So ordering through their site is a no since it is compromised and ordering through an unknown 3rd party is a 50-50 shot of getting a fake product not covered under warranty. This has to be the worst run company ever. They gladly charged my credit card it was only until I emailed them saying that my credit card was charged but the item had not shipped out is when they decided to refund my credit card.
