Needed a couple parts printed in PC. Got a quote in a matter of minutes. Great quality, great pricing, and great turnaround time. If memory serves correct I had the parts within a week. USPS being a majority of the time taken.

I'm a cosplayer who has never had a 3D printed prop before. Grant was phenomenal to work with! The print turned up in excellent condition, and Grant was super friendly too! My prop was a Fontaine Vision as seen in the videogame Genshin Impact, and it looks wonderful! I recommend him and his company for your 3D printing needs!

Outstanding friendly service. More than just helpful customer service, beyond that! I was in a spot with a missing part and no access to my own equipment, and 3D Musketeers responded immediately and had the part in the mail within a day along with several backups just in case. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Grant is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the subject of 3D printing. He helped me with some delicate parts I wanted printed in nylon for my Prusa XL 3D printer and they are wonderful! I had a project that was very time sensitive for completion (48h). After 10 calls it was clear that Grant from 3D Musketeers was going to be the man that helped me solved this dilemma. But not only did he produce everything AND ship it out himself right on time, he also scheduled a 30 minute zoom call with me to consult on a better and more cost effective way to produce the pieces I needed. Fast forward a week and the client is perfectly happy and so am I. Absolute best customer service experience I've had with a company in many years, kudos to Grant and to your ultimate success 👍

We know what it's like to have things go wrong, so we have a policy that, when we can, we make the emergencies of our clients our own as well. It's what we would want so what not give it to others too! At the same time, if we can empower and educate while making awesome for others then we have really done our jobs! To describe the service I received as great would be an understatement. Grant went above and beyond to make sure every part that I ordered was perfect. I was able to pick up part of my order within 2 days of placing it, with the rest being available only a few days later due to issues with the parts themselves. Grant was even able to print some more parts for me that I forgot and had them ready in less than 24 hours. Having the parts themselves in hand, they look nothing short of perfect. The resin parts literally look like they've been injection molded! Throughout the entire process, Grant kept me updated on my order's status and answered any questions I had along the way. Their prices are also fantastic, beating out the next best quote for my project by miles. I have absolutely 0 complaints working with 3D Musketeers and a plethora of praises for their work. Will definitely be using them in the future!
