Usually the Zudio outlets are considered as budget friendly, customer friendly shops. We have some good experiences with the other state outlets also. But Zudio outlet at Y mall is the working place of some attitude kings, who are evaluating the appearance of the customer. They will not see the bill amount or value the people, if the customer is not in modern attire. Especially one of the persons who was standing in the billing counter. He was staring at me once I was checking the details of a perfume.
Very bad customer service.Staff near trial room was very rude.While trialing the outfit they frequently distrube by knocking the door and asked to come out. Shoulted for taking time.Very bad experience from staff side.
