Yogic Pathshala is the best place for learning, practicing physical yoga and exercise. Ankita Madam and Anjali Madam have very deep knowledge in this field. They teach yoga according to the requirement and capacity of the student. Both are very caring and humble.
Classes with Ankita mam have been so worthwhile!! I have been practicing for around 4 months now and it has been a great experience. She is so engaging and patient with everyone during the entire class. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to build an interest in yoga and transform it into a passion. She is so amazing at what she does and her dedication is beyond words. I have witnessed noticeable changes in my body since I started practicing with her.... I have lost weight.. Gained flexibility and my hormonal problem associated with irregular periods is improving a lot.. It's an opportunity for those who have any kind of hesitance about starting yoga Love u mam.
