The staff is more focused on selling "ADD ON" like AC disinfectant, spray on engine etc. Instead they should focus more on customer satisfaction. I had to check certain things myself which were overlooked by staff during the servicing. When I told them why they didn't do it they simply said "Sir, wo technician bhool gaya hoga" Before coming here for car servicing, please learn about the car servicing yourself otherwise they may fool you.
