Don't waste your money. It's very costly and not worth it. One of the worst places you can go shop. The only reason I have given 1 star is because there is no zero star. There always no one except billing. No help offered. No questions answered. The cloth quality is bad and designs are very less which is so unsatisfied . There are no offers, discounts or other gifts also.. Will Never go to this place again.

Neat and clean with plenty of place to sit and enjoy. Most of brand shops available for shopping.... Food court offers variety of choices at reasonable cost. Not the best place for digital shopping.... Limited range. Good place to hangout with family and friends. Directions at places makes cruising easier... transportation service is not available near by so prefer private transport to access this mall ...VR mall was built in art way culture it looks so neat and warm..loving the atmosphere and presents look can enjoy with friends and family .. but if you want to try food means like all other malls the food rate is high only ..but still people can come One of the largest mall that I have visited so far, it has all the national and international brands showroom of clothing and other accessories. It has fun zone for kids , also had food zone at top floor, also movie hall with many screens. Overall the experience was good but the parking charges are too High here which should be less as per hour 30 rs and for first hour it's 45, in such a big mall you can't even take a single round in one hour, so 45 ticket should be at least of 2 to 3 hours

Location: Ground floor next to Lifestyle,Dyson Ambience: Tightly packed floor that wants to cater to women, men, kids, home decor all in one space Collections: Less collections only as they are trying to cater to all genders and sizes in limited space. Unlike other reviews, westside is only in ground floor as of latest June 2022 Staff: Under-staffed, not knowledgeable, not so helpful staff Overall : I had above average expectations from TATA but unfortunately this establishment couldn't live up to it in terms of collections, varieties, staff, experience I wouldn't visit this space again Kindly mark this detailed review as HELPFUL to help others as well

Westside is known for its good collection. However,the service here that too being in a mall is just so terrible. There is no one to help you around and even if they see you they act like they don't care. I saw the store people taking selfies in their duty time. Billing was even worse. The entire counter was empty and we had to wait for the staff. Service definitely needs improvement. The 1star rating is just for the service.

Excellent shopping experience. Best buys when their sale is on.bit costly but vast and beautiful collections. The 1 star is for keeping your glass ware so crowded at the edge of the display tables (easily damaged)and for not having an express counter during the sale period.

Great quality of clothes for women, men N kids...Lovely collections....Indian touch with western design...Bought myself three dresses...One of my favorite store...But, the staffs could be a bit more helpful...They don't check to see if u need help while in the change room, so u have to walk out yourself to find other sizes...

There was only on girl at the billing counter and was taking a long time. She had bill, convince customers for membership and pack the clothes as well. We were all waiting and even told her to get an additional person. I wouldn't go back there purely on the useless and time consuming billing could Tera.
