Nice Ganapati temple on the bank of Krishna river. Ganpati statue is huge and very beautiful. Temple is 250 years old and is a must visit place when in Wai. Parking is available and fee is 30/-.
Holy ancient place. Wonderful huge idol. Beautifully decorated. However crowded, you always get the best darshan very close to the idol. Located on Banks of Krishna river. Ample parking space outside the temple. Adjacent to Kashi Vishveshwar temple. Shoes & chappal stand outside. Prasad & touristy items store outside.
Blissful. Ganapati Mandir and Shiva Mandir here on the bank of river Krishna are beautiful and well maintained by the locals. The Pujaris here have been extraordinarily good in keeping the idols and worship place neat, clean and pious.
Beautiful Ganpati Temple. Amazing, well designed architecture, beautiful sculpture. The Ganpati ideal is awesome. The atmosphere around temple is so clam, clean, peaceful. Awesome place for physical as well as Mental peace. The reflection of the clouds, temples, sunrise and sunset on the connected river looks amazing. This incredible view to increase temple beauty. Evening and morning view looks great, must visit.
Ganpati wai mandir is on bank of Krishna river. Next to the mandir there is another temple of Kashi vishweshwar. Both temples are very popular among pilgrims. The temple has a parking facility which would cost you Rs 30 for a car. Devotee can sit in sabha mandap after darshan. Most of the riverbank side are used for washing clothes so you might see drying clothes on the side of the temple which is normal here. You can spend around 30 to 45 minutes visiting these temples.
The Lord Ganesh idol here is very large and brightly painted, and looks very cheerful and happy. It will make you happy too, just to look and pray to him. After the darshan do take a walk around the idol (parikrama) to get his blessings. There is strict security and you are not allowed to take any snaps of the Lord Ganesh. After emerging from the sanctum, walk behind to see the streamlined shape of the temple. It is designed in the shape of a fish to reduce the pressure of the flowing waters if there is a flood.
Swadesh movie memory whenever I come to Ganesh Temple from Wai. This is the temple where a lot of shooting is done for the movie specially the end where SRK returns back home for a dangal in Indian mud and take a dip in this river. You can park your car with a cost of Rs 20 with some food counters and a Mapro outlet.
This Ganesh temple is amazing! People call it 'Dholya Ganpati' because it's so big. The architecture is well designed, and being inside made me feel really positive. Just remember, you can't take photos inside.

Good views from this. Slight hike up and down the stairs to get to this view point. There are multiple viewpoints located at this spot, so you can a get a great view from various angles. Better views if it's not very cloudy. Parking can be a problem
