Vora Baby Care Hospital - Children's hospital in Phaltan - Satara, India

Doctor is best and knowledgeable but staff behaviour is like they are giving free treatment. They were supposed to discharge my daughter by 9 am but till 1:34 pm not discharge papers in my hands. I won't recommend this hospital. They doesn't value of people.

One day our 2 year baby got sudden Seveiour pain in stomach and he started continues crying then we rush to vora baby care hospital for seek emergency. After that receptionist told us that they will treat him right after the patient but they took other 4,5 patients but don't care about our baby so after few time we decided to leave from there. They are just very sweet until monthly vaccines are going after that they don't care. In emergency don't recommend this hospital.

Uneducated staff ....bad management of patients...worst experience

Doctor's consultation & Hospital facilities are good but, most of nurses are not much responsive and are irresponsible and ignorant. Even when u call them for appointment they might sound arrogant. Training is very much needed to the hospital staff.

Doctor is highly experienced and kind in nature. Hospital staff, cleanness and nursing services are superb. One of best kid specialist doctor in Phaltan city.

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in the Phaltan. And doctors are most worst doctors, specially MBBS DCh DNB Dr MOHIT VORA is the worst doctor. First of all he don't have his qualification mention on the board of hospital as mentioned by other doctors who are MBBS DCh DNB. He made the condition of patient worst by giving wrong Treatment. In fact he even don't have manners to talk to patient. I am writing this so that someone will not fall in his trap, he just want to admit any patient in hospital, give wrong Treatment and trap them for longer time to get more hospital bill. About Hospital: Hospital is bad because of following reasons: 1) Reception is only interested in swiping atm cards. No respect to people standing in front, or they are busy on phone with long talk. 2) Lift is most of the time non operational, so patient have to use stairs even if he is in pain. 3) One of the Pediatric is worst which hospital and he is Mohit Vora who even don't know what medicines to be given to . he made the case of one of the patient worst because of which him entire body got worst reaction with very bad pain and finally he had to get admitted to another hospital. he only how to know earn Money from Patient 4) Staff is not friendly, if you want to take discharge or transfer to other hospital, they become aggressive and not willing to support. Specifically fraud Dr. MOHIT VORA So my request to all other patient is to please avoid this hospital completely, you have to think about your Baby life first and not about the bill you pay to hospital.
