Manager sent us to different hotel which looked horrible. We complained to travel agent to get our booking back. Rooms are neatly maintained. No Wi-Fi in 2nd floor. Breakfast was good . There are some nice eating outlets nearby.
We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Car parking is not available. Bathroom tap handle was broken. Bathroom basin was chocked. Lift was working sometimes and sometimes not. Towels, toothpaste and brush was also not available. Room was ok but not match exactly with the photograph on website. While check out they not even asked to carry luggage bag to the car.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The location made travel around Rome very easy and affordable.
Memorable horrifying experience of stay in the hotel . Recommend not to try this hotel . Parking facility is also limited so that adds another problem for you . Cleanliness of the rooms & breakfast area is bad . Don't get carried away by the photos on the site . It is not maintained . Most painfull experience of Treebo property in future need to think weather to choose treebo or not .
I can't give zero star because I can't have that option. All positive reviews are fake. Very pathetic hotel. No parking area. No reception area. One star for the person who was there and attended us. He was polite and cooperative. I canceled my booking and searched another very good option near by same hotel.
I don't give 0 stars because I can't. I booked a room for 4 nights, I received an email to pay a deposit in advance what I did. I received another email to do remote check in. But once I get to the hotel (22:00) they said that they can't do check in because I am a foreigner. They said that they will help me but I spent one hour waiting for nothing. I am waiting for the refund, since they only send me half of the refund of what I paid (seriously??). They do not answer the phone, they so not reply emails.... Scammers if you are a foreigner.
