I appeared at Vaani for aligners treatment. Dr Rohit explained the details of the procedure very well before I met him at the clinic. He took enough time and was very patient in explaining the procedures, cost, treatment plan, outcomes etc. Both the doctors, Dr Rohit and Gayathri are very friendly and polite. Dr Gayathri always makes sure that I'm comfortable during the treatment. The orthodontist Dr Vineeth B is fabulous. He is a perfectionist. Very careful in doing his work. dedicative and I should say highly professional and experienced. I was very much happy and satisfied with his treatment. Toothaches and dental clinic visits are never a sweet memory. Regardless, I got a very pleasant experience visiting Vaani clinic. The first thing is the location, ambience and parking facility. It is a standalone building and can be easily identified from distance. There is more than ample parking space, you can even park a truck there. The exterior and interior of the clinic are very aesthetically designed, which will give a very good first impression. The second thing I like about the clinic is the facilities and the equipment. I never expected such advanced equipment usually seen in premium clinics in cities like Ernakulam in a village clinic. They have x-rays, advanced sterilization equipment, well-equipped pharmacy to name a few, but there are many other advanced facilities/equipment which I would love to list here if I knew what it is actually called. The most important thing I like about the clinic is the courteous approach of the doctor. He was actually guided through the entire process, I felt like we both working in a team to fix the issue, rather I being a patient of him. He took significant time to explain his diagnosis, immediate treatment and possible next steps in very simple language. I was given a detailed printed prescription in the end. Of course, doctors are now evolved from giving cryptic prescriptions in their own notorious handwriting. But the prescription note I received from this clinic is next level. The medicines and their dosages have been printed super clearly and neatly, without the scope of any confusion. The rates are also cheap with respect to the quality of the service.

This is simply the best experience I have ever had with a dental practitioner. Empathy, subject knowledge, care for cost, care for outcomes, the entire package. Oh, and pride. They are good, and it satisfies them. I would take an international flight each time I ever need any dental procedure. Arrive as a patient, leave as a valued friend. I am humbled and motivated by the experience.

Root Canal, regular clean up, teeth removal, what ever is the procedure, Dr Rohith takes his time and explains in detail even the minute aspect so that we as patients understand and make educated choices.
