Universal Hospital and Research Centre Hospital

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff is unfriendly and their behavior is downright rude. The worst part is that this hospital operates entirely on cash—no digital payments accepted—even for large bills. In a time when the government promotes a digital economy, it's shocking that such a big hospital openly runs on black money. I would strongly advise against visiting this place. Visited for a Caesarean delivery and had a very disappointing experience. Initially, we were promised that both AC and non-AC room options were available. However, upon arrival on the final day, we were informed that only one AC room exists — and it was already occupied. Post-surgery, the doctor did not visit even once, and it's now the second day. The support staff’s response was extremely poor. There was only one attendant available, and we had to bring the stretcher and shift the patient ourselves — something that should never be expected from the patient’s family, especially after a major surgery. This is not just mismanagement but shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I would not recommend Dr. Rabia Nasir’s clinic for deliveries or any critical medical procedure. The overall experience was frustrating, and the clinic falls far short of basic standards in patient care.

Very bad service at the hospital…there is no proper management by staff, they have been not familiar with doctors visiting time , I would never recommend people with emergency to visit this place..the management is horrible as i have come here today for the OPD but they denied to give us appointment

Doctor nasir Ali sir is a gud doctor but in this hospital staff service nd staff behaviour is nt gud .

Universal Hospital and Research Centre is worst orthopaedic hospital in Bettiah. Let me share my experiences:- 1.) First come - First Serve Fees RS 1000 is totally worthless. They taken RS 500 fees and promises that doctor will consult you on first priority but they taken my whole day. 2.) X-Ray Test - In Medical Practices, as we know no one is permitted in an X-ray room without an X-Ray proof Jacket but In Universal Hospital and Research Centre nothing is taken care of, due to this may cause radiation. They didn't providing Jacket to patient (My Mother) and lab technician forcefully told me to hold X-RAY films during test. another issue is no female staff available in X-Ray room for female patient. Most important things, if doctor have camera access already then why he ignoring such type of activities which will cause everyday radiation in many patients along with their attendant. 3.) Unacceptable Unprofessionalism and Rude Behaviour at Universal Hospital and Research Centre:- Rude behaviours of almost all staff. They never help you, avoid to talk if you have some doubts. One staff who seated near to Mr. Nasir Ali was speaking with abuse to me. How Universal Hospital and Research Centre keep such type of staff. I never see such type of behaviour in medical practices 4.) Dr Nasir Ali is good Orthopaedic as I hear but During my visit, Dr Ali exhibited a lack of effective consultation. They didn't fully explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that I could easily understand. I felt rushed and unheard, which left me with more questions than answers. 5.) Seating arrangement was good but no food facilities. I hope Universal Hospital and Research Centre will take this matter on high priority.

The management system of the hospital is very poor and irritating despite high fee charge for every service. There is no online payment system only cash system which means the hospital has no account credibility and records.

The best option available for bone related treatment.A bit expensive but high quality treatment is assured

I haven't gone to his hospital but i've heard many good things about Dr.Nasir Ali and his hospital as well.

Receptionist IFTEKHAR don't know how to speak with patients, they are just looting public in name of medical services in Bettiah
