TURKISH GOURMET - Featured Reviews (1041)
There was ample parking space available at the restaurant. The interiors are really fine. Overall the cleanliness was commendable. Dining seats were looking fancy and seating was comfortable. Ordered one Turkish kebab which costs around 250Rs. It's an okay feeling I don't really recommend that. Customer service was good.
I recently dined at your beautiful restaurant for the first time, but unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The soup was served cold, and the shawarma was both poor in quality and also cold. I hope you can address these issues to ensure a better dining experience in the future.
We went as a group of 6, the food was great, It was served quickly, The only negative i felt that was the person who was taking our order was always close to us or watching us which made me a little uncomfortable (he didnt disturb us in any way). The food was budget friendly. Overall it was a nice experience
We were looking for a nice place for lunch in Kollam and by chance spotted the Turkish Gourmet at Kollam. The restaurant was spacious and had dedicated parking space for 4-5 cars. We decided to stay away from traditional food like biriyani and porotta, and on the recommendation of restaurant staff ordered Mix grill platter full and lime juice. It consisted of 2 pc chicken kebab, 2 pc beef kebab, 4 pc wings, 6 pc tikka, chicken charcoal half and salad/hummus. The food was excellent and was served within 15 minutes. Ambience was good but the ac cooling was not up to the mark. Serving staff was decent. I would recommend this place to those who like to enjoy their food.
Surely a good place to try out their platters and Arabic cuisine. Their kebab platters and shawarma rolls are good. I tried out the hummus and did ask the chef to put on some additional olive oil as it was a bit dry initially and they surely made it better.
Chicken Punjabi and chicken kadai was good. Their blue lagoon is a must try item. Rumali rotti was just ok. Mutton in the curry was very soft.
Afghani Alfahm a must try item. I don't think any of the Restaurants in Kollam are serving the same dish with similar taste.
Turkish Gourmet. Visited this restaurant for.lunch and with hungry stomachs. Ambience was great. Nice seating and airy atmosphere. Menu was good with chicken, mutton and beef meats. We ordered Broasted shawarma. Crispy fried shawarma it was. It was delicious. And tried their Kerala mutton biriyani. It was less spicy and amazing. Mutton was cooked very well. Pappads and onion raita were thr side dishes for biriyani. We tried their Gourmet falooda. It was amazingly delicous eith two flavours of icecream and filled with dry fruits. Kids high chair was available. Card payment is accepted. Rest room and wash room area shall be improved.
