One of the worst shop in the branch of Trends. Please don't go to this Shop! AC has not worked for the last 1 year. Please post outside of your shop and say it as don't come to this Shop or close this one. Don't spoil your brand name by maintaining this kind of branch. Outside Temp 32 & Inside the shop they are always maintaining 40+ temp and you can always feel warm/Hot. Better go to some other Branch. Always saying AC issues. Worst!!!!!

Always been a big fan of reliance's collections. Yesterday was one such day that I went to this store around 2 and the was no AC. When I enquired, the staffs said AC isn't working. It was burning like furnace inside. But trial rooms were cool and I don't know how. Then comes the card machine, they said it isn't working. How can everything go wrong in one such place? They asked us to pay in gpay. I said I'm not going to pay if it's not for card and then the card got accepted miraculously. I even wonder if they'd done these things on purpose. When I enquired about a dress, staffs reaction was very person. There were fans everywhere n this place that's like fanning on the flames of heat. I'm not coming back to this stupid store again where customers get to be treated like that. One worst place to shop. The end.

No AC... how do you expect customers to come to ur shop. I feel pity for your staffs working there for a whole day... this is how u planned to save ur money in electricity for the coupons you are giving.

Collections are great. Prices are reasonable. But the shopping experience is worst with the furnace kind of set up. There is absolutely no air conditioning. It is suffocating badly and a heavy urge to run out of the place. Would be great if someone at the administration fixes the issue.

Dress collections are super elegant as usual for diwali they have vibrant colour collections. But customer services are not well. Billing too slow, and they don't have drinking water facilities on the first floor. If you are going with old people or with kids, then you must take water bottles.

I really love their collections but the worst part of being here is their AC is not working and not even their fans. Imagine how difficult it will be to change and try clothes, my husband came out drenched. They have so many counters for billing but only one guy to bill for everyone. Nobody to support, everybody was busy even when the shop was empty, more pathetic is the manager or person in charge does not know how to behave to her sub staff before customers. I hope trends step up in business and concentrate not on selling products but also doing something properly but hiring and running a showroom properly.

One good place to shop for the entire family ..!! Good offers are going on..!! Collections are good and bit crowded on weekends ..!! No proper covid precautions are followed ..! Neat and clean well maintained..!! Ample amount of parking space is available for bike and cars ..!! All types of payment methods are accepted here ..!! Must visit

Air conditioned Textile showroom with good collections and offers for men, women and children. Multi storey showroom with sufficient parking space. Staff are good and the place runs on self service mode. Has a good trail room. Has lift . Sometimes the air conditioner does not work on some floors. Good green initiative by charging for paper carry bags.
