Nice hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Receptionists professional and kind. Room are nice and cleaned, very comfortable. Despite the hotel is the center the room are very quiet. Fully reccomed this accommodation. First day very good impression

Nice place to stay, the hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful, we had a last minute change in the plan but they were cooperative enough to adjust our booking. The family room was a small compared to what we get at other hotels. The in-house resturant food quality is good but the service is painfully slow which the need improvement. All in all a good stay, around 2 km from mahalaxmi temple auto will cost around 40-45

Very bad hotel staff non cooperative very rude receptionist Swapanli. TV not working. Breakfast complementary is sh*t, half glass juice with water in mosambi juice after 30 minutes. Lack of coordination for GST bill you have to repeat everytime. Wanted to talk to owner receptionist refused very rudely. It takes 30minutes to serve tea. At 8.12am. The restaurant time was promised 7.30 am. No staff to attend guest . Never ever visit this hotel again . I was supposed to check out at 9.30am I am checking out 11.10am. late for the business meeting. If you value time don't ever visit this hotel.

Worst experience. Booked for 3 adults on Treebo website. For 3rd Adult (more than 8 years old child) paid extra during booking. The hotel staff was very unprofessional including the Owner. Asked me to pay extra for the third child even after I paid that during booking. After almost 1 hour of discussion with the Treebo executive, he finally agreed. This discussion should be been between Hotel and Treebo but I have to be a mediator. The hotel staff and Owner were very rude and were not ready to even listen to the treebo executive over the phone. Finally, after I checked in found that room was not very clean, dust in all corners, stains on bedsheets. Surprisingly wardrobe was placed in a bathroom. AC was not working and after reporting to them they said that will repair tomorrow(I booked only for 1 night), Bathroom light issue. Overall it is just a normal 1-star hotel and not at all 3-star. I will definitely avoid this in the future better go with classic mid town much much better than this. I had a good experience till now with Treebo Trends hotel but after this will think twice before booking with them.

It was a terrible experience at this hotel. Booked it in Dec'21as a pitstop for a night during Mumbai to Goa roadtrip. The bedsheets had stains on it & room was unclean & stinking. Understand that it's a budget hotel but one must not be compromising on cleanliness & hygienic especially during this covid times. It took us good 30-40 minutes to finally shift to a room with comparitivly cleaner bedsheets as almost all the rooms were filthy so it was difficult to find a clean room.

Was driving from Bangalore to Mumbai, decided to halt at Kolhapur for a break being a solo traveler and driver Following observation noted during the stay with photos uploaded as proof of inconvenience caused To begin with the room assigned was so compact that it finishes as soon as you open the door 1) There were multiple stains on the bedsheet comforter, lipstick marks on the pillows, signature Treebo green coverlet & pungent smell emitted by the signature Treebo green pillows 2) No glass pane in the bathroom, thus challenging the modesty of a person to use it freely 3) Water clogging in bathroom making it difficult to use at a time 4) No hot water inspite of confirming the same before reservation. Provided immersive heating rod on complaining which resulted in passing electrical shock finally giving in by taking a cold water shower when the weather was cold with temperature at 20degC 5) No towels or toiletries 6) Wardrobe placed in bathroom and not in living area 7) No water bottles supplied until demanded for 8) Room was filthy with dust accumulation clearly visible and indicating that the room wasn't cleaned after the previous stay 9) Emergency evacuation plan of Room No 304 placed in Room No 307. This human error can be catastrophic in case of fire or natural disaster 10) No option in breakfast. Have to consume what they serve. Anything ordered than the one served was charged extra The staff were quite casual and were aware of the problem but still pretended as if they didn't existed giving tall claims Overall had a pathetic experience with the Treebo set of Hotels, surely would not vouch for going forward

Good location to stay considering distance from Temple and Other areas. However Rooms are not like what we see over internet. I suggest to see physically before any payment.

Very untidy, cupboard is fixed inside the bathroom, food worst, 100% chances of getting civid-19, no temperature check, worst than a local lodge, room has no privacy, a small window along with the main window. Which has no curtains. Anyone in the next buiding can see in to your room. Receptionist is worst. Was told breakfast included, and gave me a separate bill for food. A guy... I guess the owner. Asked him why charges for breakfast.... he is ready for argument. Dont get attracted to their pricing. Worst place ever stayed in life.
