Extremely disappointing. We made an appointment and there was no one to attend us when we reached. After waiting for around 30 mins we got our seats. Unhygienic at its peak. The tray wasn't clean from a very long time. The tools also did not seem fresh nor the scrubs. Not suggesting Tangles to anyone, simply not happy.

I am not satisfied with the service. I had taken up hydrafacial along with hair spa, hydra facial was ok but completely disappointed with hair spa as there were many customers it was done in hurry burry where I am not satisfied with the service. My hair was not completely blow once after the hair wash.

WORST SALON EVER! I visited thier branch near Milagirs road. I spent almost 7k for a Keracharge treatment and my hair started drying off and experienced excess hair fall within a month, I went to the owner and complained she recommended me to do a spa, additionally spent 1k and buy products from them. I wanted to talk to the owner after the spa but she did not have the courtesy to talk to me, no professionalism at all. Surprisingly they don't accept any forms of digital payment. Never going to visit them again.

One of the best salon I have ever come over. I would like to mention with best services there comes best hospitality which they provide to their customers. Unlike other salon's they won't rush to wind up their services. They provide full patience and dedication towards respective customer and fine completion of services. A must visit salon, if I ever would like to mention then it's TANGLED!!!😄

Pathetic service. Inexperienced hair stylists. Lucky to come out without any permanent damage to hair. Owner did not show any courtesy to speak. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU STEP IN. Also they will find all ways to empty your pocket by selling overpriced cosmetics. You can buy same outside at 50% of price.

I visited this place for simple layered haircut with bangs 3 weeks ago I have medium length hair I called them for appointment which I got immediately The haircut prices were cheap (rs400) and was also near my college The pictures I saw on the web of the haircuts are fake The staff just knows Kannada due to which I was finding difficult to communicate I showed them a simple step haircut picture and tried to explain my best that I just want many layers in my hair She did my haircut in less than 20 mins And yes of course the haircut was a blunder She divided my hair so unevenly the right side of my hair is now shorter than the left side And the bangs she gave me were so bad that I was in shock , they were clearly uneven too and the right side had more hair than the left side When I came back to my college everyone could notice what a horror uneven haircut I had received I want to give them minus stars Guys please don’t get ur haircut from there Instead go to some other salon even if it costes more
