Vibha ma'am is really very good yoga teacher,she has a very good knowledge about all yogasan's.She helps everyone with all yoga exercises. By doing yoga daily it helps us in keeping our mind fresh in between daily hectic house work schedule.

Yoga is good for fitness.. This was my first n very good experience about you.. Madam you taught us step vise n gave us Instructions with explanation..My body has no pain from when I joined the class.. after yoga we get extra energy to work whole day.. Yoga group arranged Navratri special Garbha & Dhavir palkhi special Lezim for womens . This was the nice & unforgettable moment for us .we all were enjoyed the Lezim & Garbha moments .
