Gym running very professional way. trainer was too good. he motivates lot to do workouts, he will understand the clients concerns and gives training based on it very helpful. nice place for workout. equipment's are in good condition. safe place for women also.

Work out zone is a fantastic gym!! Excellent personal training the trainer is super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I really like how he gives us tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Me & my husband we have been going here for past couple of months and we are already seeing a big change in our energy levels and body .", it is just possible because of our trainer Mr.Naveen Fuller. It is very safe for girls to work out . Work out zone thanks for coming to palamaner and helping us to come out with a good fitness journey .

Best in class equipment’s. Palamaner’s only certified trainer, I am taking personal training with him for the past few months really awesome workout plans according to person’s stamina levels and I have got really great results, I can only say that we where waiting for some trainer & gym like this in palamaner. Thank u Naveen & Workout Zone GYM.

This is perfect place to maintain your fitness. personally for a person good atmosphere is also important and peaceful atmosphere is maintained with good motivation by trainer Naveen . All safety precautions are also maintained for ladies .
