It's the best place in Jaipur if you're looking for complete body fitness and not just cardio or muscle work. The work ethic of CrossFit being imparted here is nothing short of amazing. A must go!

This gym is everything one needs to feed to their soul. Indeed i would want a lifetime membership at strongsoul studio.

Had an amazing experience here. The trainers are very well informed and put in a lot of effort in each workout. If you wanna jump higher, run for longer, push heavier and basically increase your stamina - give this a try. I personally find it a better proposition to a traditional gym for overall fitness. Would love to come back here when I am in town.

This is the only CrossFit USA certified Trainer run Box in the whole of Rajasthan at the time of posting the review! There are two trainers, who are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable which aids in having a good and injury free experience. I have been doing CrossFit for about 3-4 months now, and I can feel the difference in my daily life! Don't mistake this for your regular gym. It's a CrossFit Box, where everyday your workout will be different, will comprise of compound movements, and high intensity short workouts! Google it or YouTube it, you'll get to know the difference.

I think when it comes to fitness, crossfit is the way to go because it is not just about body building but all round physical development. StrongSoul is also the only crossfit affiliate in Rajasthan. Mr. Chirag Kochar, founder and trainer, gives personal attention to each and every client of his and takes not more than 8 people in a batch. Highly recommended if you are looking for personal training.
