The instructor is very dedicated towards each of her clients and gives emphasis on every individual's personal health problems. Overall a very good place for Yoga.. within two months of practicing yoga here I have observed multiple positive results in my overall health and my strength as well as flexibility has also increased.

I feel more confident and mindful in my practice. The quality of the teaching is excellent. Our instructor Miss Hirarani Ma'am is very knowledgeable with excellent teaching techniques.
