While being an established builder with a solid reputation, their recent practices have left much to be desired. Instances of water problems, STP issues, intentional delayed handover of layout to owners association, opaque financial accounting, and inadequate maintenance of vacant plots, as well as assets like lifts and AC units, have unfortunately become commonplace. The list of grievances appears endless. Adding to these concerns, the forthcoming Phase-4 development raises further questions. Surprisingly, they are giving access to club house for Phase-4, without any prior consultation with existing owners of Phase-1,2,3. For those considering an investment in Phase-4, it is advisable to exercise caution and thoroughly evaluate the use of your hard-earned money!
