No words will completely express my excitement and satisfaction this was just over and above my expectations and so happy that this property was suggested to me by MakeMyTrip and I will suggest the same for many of my friends and family. In simple terms thanks to the staff , maintainers and promoters for such a great experience.
The room was disgusting! Very dirty. You could see foot prints on the floor where other people walked! It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time! Seemed like a good room for smoking crack.
I stay there for 4 days and they are not clean the room and they don't change towels even if you ask yet they are expensive and not even worth to think about it

Rooms are not sound proof. Breakfast is very hygienic and well cooked with many varieties.

I stayed at King's square Hotel ,Surat, for 3 days/ nights. It was an amazing and excellent stay. The hotel staff is warm and courteous. Room was very cosy with best linen, bed and interiors. Hotel is well maintained with good hygiene, cleanliness and best food . Location is excellent . It was a very memorable stay.

My second time stay in last 5 days, Good experience. Family friendly, owner are very helpful, The rooms are pleasant and clean. Service is so good. Staff is so polite and helpful. If I visit Surat again, I'll stay here only.
This hotel is situated on 5th floor of a shopping complex. I stayed for a night, liked my room and cleanliness at hotel.
Very good restaurants and eating shops are available at same building so no need to worry.
