Slow service. Bland food. Unable tomake simple dishes. Had biriyani from here and tasted as if the cook forgot the biriyani masala. Rice n chicken was cooked. Restaurant couldn't manage the crowd. Looks like they are understaffed. If the requirement for a restaurant is clean washroom, please visit this place.

I typically don't write Google reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at Kesar due to the exceptionally friendly staff. During my recent visit to Agra for a family function, I dined at this restaurant with my cousin. They offer tasty dishes at affordable prices, and the highlight is the welcoming staff. If you're in Agra, give this restaurant a try - you won't be disappointed!

Stepping into The Kesar Restaurant within the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Nestled within, this small vegetarian gem offered a delightful dining experience that left a positive mark. The food, served with both heart and skill, impressed with its ample portions and satisfying flavors. The affordability of the menu was an added bonus, making it a pocket-friendly choice for those seeking a great meal without breaking the bank. One of the standout features was the prompt service. The attentive staff ensured that the orders arrived swiftly, allowing for a seamless and enjoyable mealtime. The cherry on top was the cleanliness of the washrooms, a small yet significant detail that spoke volumes about the restaurant's dedication to a pleasant dining environment. However, locating the restaurant could be a bit of a challenge. It's a hidden gem that demands a bit of help from technology - in our case, Google Maps came to the rescue. Once found, though, the experience was well worth the effort.

It was a holiday so they had all tables full in the AC section and we were seated in the Non AC section which was empty. There was no one to take our order and after a couple of reminders they took our order. The time taken to serve the food was very long and the taste was also pretty average. We didn't click other food pictures because it came after such a long wait, that we just started eating it immediately without clicking the pictures. There is nothing extraordinary about this place.

Poor experience here customer service sucks. Restaurant did not want to give discount promised so they make up all excuses. They promise yet don't give so of course doesn't matter about anything else will not return or recommend here. Many other great places nearby.

A small vegetarian restaurant inside a hotel. It serves good food with decent quantity and taste, at affordable pricing. The service is quick. Washrooms are clean. It is difficult to spot from the road; we had to follow Google Maps.

A lovely family restaurant with a lovely ambiance and pleasant garden views. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is excellent. It is only 2/3 km from Tajmahal and 3/4 km from Railway Station. The cost of breakfast for 4 people can range from 400 to 700 rs and lunch for four people can range from 800 to 1200 rs.
