The arrogant behavior of owner is unacceptable. They forced us to wait for more than 45 minutes. In between we asked couple of times about the delay. They kept on saying its on the way in very rude manner. After they served food owner started talking behind us in abusive language. With respect to food and his old aged father who was also present there, we tried to finish the food which they had served. Couldn't succeed. Worst experience in life!!
The food here is amazing..

Except the ambient, Owner behaviour is very rude. Food is very low quality, Charges for food is too high. A cup of rice and a bowl of chicken cury cost 300. Dear south indian dont expect south style taste here. The good reviews are given by thier owner may be.. All the bad reviews are real. Because i experience the same today.
one of the best South Indian food i have ever had. Please do not compare this place with a restaurant, it's a family owned business who serves you authentic home-made Kerala food. i read a few negative reviews on Google, but i would love to mention that I did not feel any bad thing about this place. owner Uncle is very sweet, akka makes beautiful food and there son helps them in this journey.

One of the best Kerala food. In city like Kolhapur you will hardly get such surprises to your taste bud. Kerala Cafe is one such place where you get good food and good owners who are happy to serve you with authentic Keralite food. It's small place but owners have big heart. Also not expensive compared to other cafeterias. Home like atmosphere. Must visit.
Amazing food and filter coffee. Almost reminds of Saravanna Bhavan. We tried Idli, dosa (two types) and filter coffee. Tastes like home food. Do not miss. It's amazing, truly a hidden gem.
