Local GuideIt's been close to 3 months now that I have been taking up personal 1:1 home training from Krishna Sir. Being a software engineer, and working from home for the last couple of years, took a toll on my health. For the first time, I gained significant weight due to physical inactivity and emotionally unconscious eating . I had been to gyms on & off in the past several times, but it didn't work out for me in terms of longevity and consistency . As a result, this time, I was looking for someone who would coach me and educate me on aspects including physical, and mental well-being and nutrition in general. That's when I reached out to Krishna Sir and I started training under his guidance from the last week of November '22 . We have been training 3 days a week. This workout frequency worked wonders for me. It allowed my mind and body to slowly get into the routine for the better. The training includes fascia training, massage therapy, strength training, lymphatic therapy, flexibility training, and a lot more. No fancy accessories are needed. The experience has been fulfilling and stress-free . I never had to drag myself for the session, unlike the old days when I used to hit usual gyms, where workouts and nutrition used to follow a certain template, and as a result, one would feel like getting out of it in the long run if not done right*. Krishna Sir never prescribed any diets. He imparted us knowledge on the basics of nutrition and body/fitness . As a result, my mental wiring has changed for the better, and now I am in a better position than before when it comes to making choices when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I can confidently carry myself and make conscious choices when it comes to food, especially when I travel and out of home -- my comfort zone. I can easily make out whether I should have a certain food or skip one. I still have a lot to learn and get better at, yet I feel I am in a better position than ever before -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. He is more of a lifestyle coach. When I started training with him, it was never about losing weight and stuff. It has always been about getting more aware of the mind-body connection and daily food choices. And learning its nuances so that I could continue the process with consistency and make it a part of my lifestyle. Weight reduction happened as a side effect, and I am glad that it happened that way. On certain days when I do off track and notice a certain unnecessary weight gain, I don't get bothered now, as I can introspect and easily make out what went wrong and caused the weight gain. So later I make the course correction and fix it. It was never like this before, i.e. in a position to think and make conscious decisions about fitness/nutrition when things go awry. With each passing day, I feel more self-sufficient and better informed than yesterday. I highly recommend Krishna Sir to those conscious folks out there, who want to change their mental wiring about mind, body, and food and be in a better position when it comes to making better fitness/nutrition choices and as a result, leading a fulfilling healthy life with consistency. For those who are interested in numbers, here are stats on weight reduction -- 11/22/2022 - 82 KG 02/16/2023 - 74 KG Last week I also successfully finished a 10K run , which speaks a lot about how things have changed. Before I could have never thought of attempting such a thing as running for a few hundred meters was a challenge with the kind of sedentary life I had. These are just numbers, from an experience point of view I can't just put it in words. Things have changed a lot for the better. Thank you, Krishna, Sir. I registered with Gymnasium for their 3 month program and it was a great experience. Krishna is a great trainer and pays very close attention to your goals and suggests the right exercises for you. He made sure I understood the importance of the food that I consume daily and has helped me change my eating habits. Within 3 months of these sessions I also noticed my migraine headaches reduce which was great!

I am on the verge of completing my 1 year of online training with Krishna. I would highly recommend him for anyone who cares for their body. His approach is very holistic and gives a lot of weightage to the body condition, as he starts the workout. He is able to judge whether the body is fit and energetic or exhausted before starting the session. That is something remarkable and then he designs the workout accordingly. He has taught me to take care of the body with a long term perspective. He is lifestyle coach too than just a trainer. God bless you Krishna.

I Just finished a 6 month personal training programme with Krishna a couple of days back, and I can't recommend him enough. Before training with him, I would work out sporadically, and even when I did exercise, I never really had a clear idea of what to do, and would constantly be second guessing my form. Luckily with Krishna, I didn't have to worry about any of these any more. The workouts were very well planned, and tailored to fit my level of fitness, and my goals. The 1hr session was put together in such a way that all the muscle groups were targeted, with minimal equipment. Also, the exercises were really unique in that they would not only build muscle, but they simultaneously improved my balance and flexibility as well. I no longer had to worry that I wasn't performing the exercise correctly, as Krishna would always be watching and giving tips on how to improve my form. Over a period of time, as I would gradually get better at performing any exercise, he would introduce new variations and increase the difficulty level of that exercise and must say, I'm really happy with how much I've improved. And it's not just the 1hr workout session. He gives advice on what to eat/drink before and after the workout, so I can maximise the effects of the workout, and plenty of tips in improving my diet in general. Also, the small talk that we end up having as I'm catching my breath in between sets can be really fun, and more often than not, I end up feeling more refreshed after the session than I was before it. If you are in search of a personal trainer, look no further than Krishna !

The gymnasium transformed my perception of fitness, I joined back in 2013 or so. My diet, discipline, daily routine all changed. Krishna Giri, owner and rainer, taught me to trust and enjoy the process instead of looking for short term gains. Best of all, Krishna himself is constantly learning about new techniques, diets, and equipment to help clients. Update (Mar 2022): It has been four months since I restarted with Krishna who is now taking one-on-one online classes. I went back to him after exploring other options before and during the pandemic like running and yoga. I also tried another gym close to home. I am pleasantly surprised by the impact Krishna is able to have even without a physical gym. I believe my mental and physical fitness is close to optimal, I enjoy sessions and don't see them as a chore or burden. I am able to balance work, home, and feel like I'm in a good place. His emphasis on mental wellbeing as much as physical fitness has immensely helped me. More than a trainer, Krishna is a life coach who has helped me build long-term healthy habits, both mentally and physically.

The perfect place to meet your fitness goals holistically and injury free! Krishna not only gives me a customized plan to meet my fitness goals, but also ensures it is well rounded, by ensuring he gives me advice on diet, ergonomics and when to hold back or push harder. A lot more value than what you usually get when you sign up with a trainer. I started off with Krishna to get better at running which had taken lots of breaks over the years due to injuries or inconsistent training. I was stagnating pace wise, and wanted to run longer distances more consistently. He started by setting expectations that I would start from the basics and the journey would be slow but the effects will be long lasting and he will ensure I stay injury free. It was going to be a few months before he let me run, so that I spend enough time getting the basics nailed down. The training plan, even when demanding never left me too tired to deal with the rest of the day, but helped me make continuous progress. The icing on the cake was that when I started running and progressed, I am now able to do negative splits pretty often. This is testimony to the strength Krishna has helped me build up, which helps me in getting to my running pace goals. And as promised he has ensured I have stayed injury free throughout this period, even when I am pushing harder on some days. Very highly recommended!

I have known Krishna for almost 8 years now. He is one of the rarest coach you can find in any gym. I have been to many other gyms but yet to find someone who can match up with Krishna's passion, knowledge and discipline as a trainer/coach. He provides 360 degrees guidance on diet, physical and mental fitness. He absolutely understands the needs of the client and accordingly customizes the training plans. Also he closely monitors how the body is reacting to the workouts and accordingly provides required guidance.
