I do not recommend this hotel, we chose it for 2 reasons, a room for 3 people and having hot water because the weather was not good during our visit to Munnar, neither of the 2 promises were kept . On top of that, the wifi works very badly and the boss is not pleasant.
Only the room was neat. Considering the other points, the hotel is worth rating less than one. Listing the negative points 1) Wifi was not available 2) The Manager says 24 hours hot water is available , but we could hardly get only one bucket of water 3) There were tiny cockroaches in the room 4) The bathroom was very small, and it was very difficult for elderly people to use. 5) There is no proper staff for attending to our requests The hotel did not provide any amenities like towels, Paste, soaps 6) Although Make my trip promised free breakfast, the hotel does not have a restaurant. 7) They give option to have breakfast in the opposite restaurant which is of very poor quality 8) There is no parking facility, the car has to be parked on the road and the hotel management does not provide any safe place for parking 9) The overall ambience is very bad 10) There was no phone charging points in the room, the door lock was of poor quality that we had a hard time to get the door locked. 11) The staff was not polite enough to apologise for providing a bad room 12) During our stay, there was another guest who was arguing for some lack of facilities Overall it is not even worth for 25% of the money we pay.
Just normal to stay. Do not leave back your items here on checkout. You will be told it is available but, insist to give 5* rating with sweet voice , once * rating is given you will never get any item that you missed........ I lost my valuable Camera bag and they did not returnit after finding it even after so many requests. Now it is since 18 months I edited this review today on 28.02.2018
Hotel parking located in the brook on the road - your motorbike will be covered with dirt. I stayed only for 2 nights, but owner asks me to change room twice (!!!). You will pay with your comfort for owner's problems. A lot of noise in the room from the street - unable to sleep at all
Service excellent. Courteous immediate attention.Rooms have hot water,free wifi,TV.Hotel arranges Massages,sight seeing at economical rates.Price economical. Only Coffee tea milk available. They shall buy and serve.Rooms need upliftment. Not fancy. Very functional.Good Vegetarian restaurant Sangeetha about 100 feet away.Recommend for those who prefer quiet,not ostentatious ,require good care and competitive price.Not for those who prefer luxury and pampering.

The green carpet is too good for stay nearby market. Rooms are very clean and everyday house keeping is appreciated. Well behaved staff, helpful manager. Thanks to green carpet.
It was a pleasent experience during my 5 days stay in this hotel with family...staff are very cooperative . They arrange my tour plan in better way. They clean the room everyday.it is very near to all kinds of restaurent and on main road.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
