Few days back I stayed there. It has a beautiful location. Good service . Food quality was awesome. Staff behave is excellent. For any occasion it will be beautiful choice. Really home away from home.

3rd class people. Poor service. No first aid available for emergency. Hotel staff are poor no humanity at all. Will not recommend to anyone to visit this place for stay. I went there recently 19th Nov and suffered a lot. Poor people disgusting behaviour All the nonsense people are in hotel administration and all time lying, manager is useless. Hotel don't have basic medical box . My mother's shoulder fracture happened during this incident and she is suffering from tremendous pain, entire hotel authority don't even show the primary concern. Don't have humanity even. Hotel GM and receptionist is useless, good for nothing. Even they are telling lie in this review response even as expected. They are more concern about their reputation over people's life. Morality less people. They called compounder and said he is a doctor after 1 hour when the accident happened. Don't go there. They opened hotel to kill others. After the discussion I believe you have understood your team was lacking sensitivity and basic requirements of a hotel at the time of any emergency. We have now spent 2 Lakhs plus in operation because of the lacunae of the stuffs and the transport organisation related to you. It was really hurting to hear that your stuffs were lying while they described the incident to you.

We had done our school friends re-union here. Wonderful experience. Ambiance, food quality, service, staff behavior - everything is excellent. GM of this resort, Mr. Dayamay Chauni is most caring with very pleasant personality. Overall experience is awesome.

Wonderful experience, very big & well maintained rooms & toilet. Great food quality like home cooked food & above all the service provided by particularly Riju & Bappa. Only thing is swimming pool water should be cleaner, though arrangements are there but better monitoring is required. Recommended 100% except in hot summer due to Durgapur weather.

Overall I liked it. The property, the location and the rooms are all good. The behaviour of each and every staff is very friendly and homely. I must mention about Mr Dayamay Anup babu for their very cordial behaviour and also for their love for my son. Akash and Nikhil were good too. By the way, food is very tasty here. Please visit it once, i am sure you will love it.

Very good location near to durgapur and just beside the Damodar river. Around 5 km from Durgapur station. Toto service is available for movement but one who comes with vehicle can enjoy more. Akash is a fabulous guy here who met all your requirements and demands. Overall very good experience. Will surely visit next time

Few Improvement required: 1. The service specially food quality needs to be upgraded. North Indian and Bengali Food items should be prepared properly, so that guest doesn't need to order in swiggy or zomato for starters in the evening and also doesn't have to go outside for lunch or dinner. 2. Bathrooms are big but water is not flushing out in the bath area for all rooms. This is a global issue. I found it for 4 rooms different rooms on my last two visits. 3. W.r.t to the size of the rooms AC should be 1.5 Ton instead of 1.0 ton. It cannot cool easily. 4. THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT - SWIMMING POOLS needs to cleaned atleast twice a day. Lots of insects falling from trees along with plastic and other left over are trees like leaves, stems etc are floating which is a problem for kids. This needs to be rectified. Apart from these I don't have complain. All are good. The hospitality and rooms and

We shall definitely go through your areas of concern and get our local management to address them but the first floor rooms are all fitted with new 1.5 ton Voltas ACs that may seem insufficient if the two fans are simultaneously switched on.
