The Citi Residenci Hotel - Hotel in Durgapur - Paschim Bardhaman, India

This hotel location is very convenient. I was staying on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Room was okay but there was some drainage issue due to which some bad smells used to come in the washroom which was disappointing. Many rooms of the hotel doesn't have a window view as it's blocked by walls outside which can make someone claustrophobic Also, they don't have a king bed option for single occupancy which is inconvenient. Food at the hotel restaurant is great, highly recommended. Overall I had a good experience (minus the foul smells )

The end to end experience was awesome. Got a pre-arrival confirmation call so that our room can be kept ready. Super smooth check in and check out. Neat and clean room with all facilities that a guest may require. Clean bathroom with designated shower area. Super fast in room service for anything and everything. Nicely decorated reception area. Excellent food in all their in-house restaurants. Large breakfast buffet spread. But above all, the most incredible factor was the magnificent behavior, service mentality and truly "customer first" approach of each and every staff member of the hotel and each and every point. Their behavior was simply heart winning. As if they don't know to say "NO" to their guests. An amazingly warm hospitality that cannot be described until experienced. Thank you so much team Citi Residenci. It was an incredible experience to me. Keep doing great.

Excellent Location, Ample Parking area. Free parking. Very Clean Hotel. Very Cool and calm place. Well behaved staffs. Good Food quality. Banquet hall for party.

In Agoda room details it was clearly described as "Breakfast Buffet Free", whereas it was denied by reception desk. Apart from this, I specially mentioned to include bath tub Club Premium Room, but the said by reception, that the same is occupied. So they had made arrangements for lower grade room. This is really unacceptable. However the receptionist tried to console us with a good room, which eventually appeared to be a small size normal stay like a budget lodge.

So i celebrated my parents wedding anniversary there . In my opinion it was the best decision . Trust me the ambience, the people around us were so good and gentle. My whole hearted thanks to the hotel and the management group . You just stole our heart .

From services to rooms to staffs behaviour to location to food everything is top notch. I have stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter and the experience was superb. The rooms are spacious and cozy, silent rooms. The hotel is at the heart of the city centre but inside rooms you will not hear any outside noise. Bathrooms are super clean. Room service is pretty fast and food was superb with good quantity. For me they provided early check-in as the room was available and I had a 3 months old child with me. Parking is available near hotel and you can find lots of options to shop and dine in nearby locations. Junction Mall is just 50-100 meter away.

I typically chose Citi Residenci while traveling to Durgapur as my prior experience has been good but this time it was disastrous all along. Rude reception staff, bad room ( with seepage) ruined the complete experience. I was there on 6th and 7th nov 23. Looks like their quality has deteriorated a lot.

Spend 2 day in the Hotel. Rooms are soo good. Very clean and hygienic. Staffs are also good. Food is little bit costly there. But location of the hotel is the BEST.
