The USP of the hotel is its location and ease of getting off and on NH19. Rooms are good as it should be at the price range. Food is a bit on expensive side. Good dhabas are located near the hotel. Complimentary breakfast has a decent menu. Overall it's a good sleep over option on a road trip. Thanks!!

Good 3 star hotel but the room provided to me was small. Food cost is reasonable. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory.

Good place to stay at Citi recidency. Room was awesome and their service was also good. You can also enjoy with family.Marriage ceremony, birthday celebration,and many types of parties are also organised.But it is little costly.

Hotel is OK for a single night stay but I will not recommend for official trip. No tea served prior to 07:15am Plans with spending allowance are not feasible. Tea/Coffee/Mineral Water is not included in spending allowance. Spending allowance is separate for lunch and dinner meals.

The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This hotel is highly not recommended at all. They are polite only till they receive money and once they get your money they turn upside down. A very corny culture is being served to customers right from head of the hotel ( General Manager) till the bottom-line of the staff. Lucky that I booked it through Expedia and somehow I got my refund from these money eaters. Shame on the hotel and the General Manager.

location is good. this is my second stay. reception staffs are very good and cordial. only cons is that food is overpriced. i would request management for putting a roof in parking space as it's scorching hot for a vehicle to park.

Very good Location and rooms are very well decorated. Breakfast menu was seems very limited items but taste was ok
