Today we purchased dresses for diwali. Sales man told some discounts but that are not reflected in the bill. After our find out only we got that discounts. This is very much scam. Packing and delivery also very poor and delay. Very much disappointed.
But collections are very good.
Today I collected crackers gift box using that crackers coupons. Worth of gift box is only Rs.150.Not much quality also. Very much disappointed.

Chennai Silks is not the usual goto place for Kumbakonam residents. Usually, people prefer Aanandham but I wanted to see what Chennai Silks has. So, I visited the shop on a Saturday evening.
The shop has a huge collection and was less crowded during our visit. Sales representatives were very helpful and patiently assisted in choosing the best dresses. Got around 25% offers for a few dresses as well. You can also find chat shop inside the building where you can sit and have a variety of snacks/refreshments like tea/coffee/Jigarthanda/veg roll/cutlets.Restrooms were neat and properly maintained. Overall , a very great Shopping Experience !
Chennai silks has plenty of offers, but problem is they make customers to run between pillar to pillar to understand the offers provided by their store. No employee is 100% clear what their stores are offering. I had ask the manager to to explain me the offers. Dress quality and price are justified

There is no crowd in the shop.they are not having shirts in 5xl before two years it was available.nowadays it's not available.the most famous Shop in Tamil Nadu it's a great drawback they're not also having pants more than 44 inches waist size.for the customers like me it's a great disappointment
This textile has a very good collection for children and women.It needs more collections for men at affordable prices..Overall the price of clothes is more than normal rates.But I believe the quality will be good..
