The worst hotel in all of Hyderabad, worst staff very rude staff. Especially SHREEJA GUPTA in Front desk is very rude and doesn't have any respect towards guests don't know how to talk to people, 0 stars and they loot people. ''HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO STAY IN THE HOTEL '' its reputation is so bad that even our auto drivers also suggested not to stay at the cent. THE WORST STAFF PERIOD.

Good spacious rooms, Spacious Lift facility available. Service is good. Initially there was dellay in check-in due to cleaning of the room we had to wait half an hour. Rest everything was good experience. Hot water available 24 hours. Soaps , towel , water kettle and other items provided. Restaurant was fine. A little bit costlier. Location is good. Just opposite to collectorate Hyderabad. Parking available in underground. Comfortable stay and good staff

Stayed here (@4th floor) for 3 nights from 21st Oct 2023 to 24th Oct 2023, we booked two rooms for Rs. 2,300/- each from cleartrip. We reached late by around midnight night 12.30 AM, I've called the hotel in the afternoon and informed we will be arriving late and rooms need to be reserved (In fact I had booked with full payment for 3 days in advance, still I called and confirmed). Once, we reached after entry formalities they alloted us two clean rooms very soon. The staff attitude throughout the stay was nice and prompt. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad looking for budget friendly, clean, safe and easily accessible accommodation. The hotel is a little old but very well maintained (you cannot find any insects, bugs etc. which are the trade marks of old hotels). They replace everything in the rooms daily including soaps, shampoos, moisturises, towels, water bottles, tea and coffee packs etc. The hotel is very near to Lakadi ka pul metro station (350 m), branch of famous restaurant M/s Shah Ghouse is within 200 m, M/s Dwaraka (veg restaurant) is within 200 m. Uber/ ola etc. are always available, will get autorickshaw also easily. This hotel is also known as Hotel Sandhya. Only, negative I felt about the location is there isn't any zebra crossings nearby vehicles will not stop even if they find you crossing the road with infant on hand. This is a public attitude problem not anything related to hotel.

Good for a medium size party. Very budget friendly. The food is not much variety but considering the price , it's value for money. Their small size banquet halls are apt for small gatherings like around 50-70 people.

The worst hotel to stay in near lakdikapaul. Rooms are not clean. They give dirty unsealed water in the name of sealed water botel (used bottle) ..Washroom which is a basic hygiene is not been maintained proper

Don't go to this place thinking it a 3 star hotel. It's not. They took almost 40 mins. Just to let us check-in the room. Bathroom was not that clean and saw one cockroach. AC was working fine. Had trouble in starting it. In the morning, I asked them for a water bottle . After waiting for half an hour. I again had to come down and tell them that I asked for a water bottle and then finally they gave. Phone to reception didn't work. For everything I had to come down to tell them.

I loved staying in The CENT hotel, everything was really good. Hotel staff is really kind. Location is on the main road itself just walking from Ladkikapul Metro Station. I like the hospitality by the hotel staff, everyone was so polite and also the room size is a big plus here. Very good size rooms although a bit old but you will get everything that you would need in a room. I stayed here for 5 days and everyday I enjoyed a lot and last day no one said me to checkout at 11 AM as I used to hear in other hotels. Also the restaurant is also have a very good taste and they provide a good quality food and Savita from Hotel staff is very good. Corporate GM of this hotel also had a word with us about our stay and was on toes to help with any issues and was very polite. Loved to stay there.

Loved our experience at the cent. Staff were really helpful and kind. Shova aamma from the restaurant made us fresh dosas every morning for breakfast with a smile. Also very glad to have met both CGM (Vijaya Babu) & GM (Vijay Goud). Thank you for everything you guys. Love from Nepal.
