I've been going there since I was a kid and it's always a fun time. The hotel's location, infrastructure is beautiful. The amenities are top-notch. The entertainment provided with live music followed by the disco where DJ Sameer knows how to work the crowd with the best music.
Spacious, neat and clean rooms.
Helpful staff, good adventure activities like air cycling, Burma bridge etc complimentary for guests. Clean pool, karaoke, vibes to enjoy.
Had a great family time.

Rooms very nice and cozy. Clean bathrooms. Service were nice,accommodating, prompt and helpful. Ambiance were good. Location and the surrounding were peaceful. Mrs. Newton were very helpful in providing information and help us reserving our rooms. Food were delicious. We had a great time. Great rooms, good food, Live music, disco,swimming pool and a peaceful environment. Thanks Byke heritage team.
Excellent ambience with nature all around. Hotel has a heritage outlook...loved it...Well maintained infrastructure... Rooms are spacious and well lit, but Rooms need some renovation, had some dampness in the room. Staff was good...Food was good. Adventure sports and indoor games had good variety. Staff handling the adventure activity were safety conscious and cooperative. Real highlight is the dinner besides pool with LIVE music..It's icing on the cake...LIVE music night by Gauri ji was very fulfilling. She rendered melodious song numbers and also made the event participative by encouraging the audience to give their song request and also people to sing. Fully enjoyed the stay..Overall a must stay Hotel in Matheran.
Had the worst experience at this so called 'resort'. The rooms given were shabby and in poor quality with dirt and hair and cockroaches everywhere. They show you different pictures but give you different rooms and you can't do anything as you don't have any option of other hotels nearby. The only thing that makes up for it is the decent food that they serve and the gamezone. Stay and choose this 'resort' at your own risk.
I stayed at the Byke Heritage at Matheran and really enjoyed my stay of 2 days there. The room service, the food, the staff and rooms were really nice to stay at. Special mention to Gauri Ma'am who made our dinner very memorable with her sweet and pleasing voice in the live music session conducted by her. Surely would recommend staying here!
Our family has visited The Byke, Matheran on 22.09.2023 to 24.09.2023. We really appreciate the best services received from the Staff and Specially thanks to Mr. Prakash, taking care of best food ever. We really enjoyed the entire two days. Really the food was too delicious with lots of varieties for adults as well as kids. The Byke has taken care of everything for all services. Kids enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool, disco club. We really enjoyed in the night, for soft and old memories best song sing by the Girl. She has sing very beautifully and really enjoyed with dinner. Overall Thanks for everything. It was our 3rd visit and very happy in all manners.
The resort is excellent.From chek in to check out all the three days were excellent.Special mention for Ms Gauri for her beautiful singing.She made both the nights very live.
